Now is the hour?
So here we are at the beginning of another year and traditionally it is the time when people try to fool themselves into believing that they are now ready to make positive change, get rid of that unwanted habit, overcome that phobia or replace that inappropriate life style.
A few do manage to hold onto their resolve and find themselves healthier or in a better place by July, but most fail in their annual ritual to start afresh, indeed some become even more despondent than they were before they embarked upon their quest when they realise that well marketed quick fixes, expensive gym memberships, doomed-to-fail diets and the reliance upon will power just don't work.
Here’s a fact, there is no good time to make positive change, no right time to make positive change, there is just NOW and hypnotherapy can help to make the difference.
No gimmicks, no fads, no gurus, just a natural, common sense approach to finding the right way forward for the individual who wants to have a better year than the one before.
