Even you can enjoy Christmas!

Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat, but the cake and plum pudding haven't been cooked, the turkey still needs to be prepared and roasted, the mince pies to be baked, vegetables peeled and chopped etc. The list can be endless and sometimes overwhelming.
Then there are concerns about finding the right presents for people and that list seems to get longer and longer as the years go by. On top of all this comes the cherry on the cake - will everyone actually manage to get on well over the Christmas period?
Sometimes the build up to Christmas and the holiday itself is not quite the sparkling, winter wonderland of merriment the advertisers on television like to portray. The reality for some is rather different. Firstly, the extra shopping needed to create the delicious Christmas food we enjoy doesn't happen by itself. There is no grocery shopping fairy. We have to trudge round the busy supermarket, along with every one else, avoiding collisions as we all cram into the isles in search of that essential ingredient we just have to have. Queues stretch interminably at the check outs where staff work at fever pitch to get through the mountains of extra groceries we buy.
Present buying seems to have become a demanding and stressful undertaking. We worry about how much we should spend, whether the present we plan to give someone will be good enough, or perhaps how we can make our family happy when money is scarce. Then to add to these worries our thoughts might turn in a negative direction when we remember past Christmases when there were disagreements. We might worry about possible arguments or upsets between our family members or even with our partner.
Christmas can be draining and we find ourselves worn out, over worked and sometimes feeling under appreciated.
It doesn't need to be like that!

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a powerful way to change, at a subconscious level, old negative patterns of thought and behaviour that hold you back. The emphasis is always on finding positive solutions to your problems. So whether you are anxious about coping with people or with too much food and weight gain, hypnotherapy could be the answer you are looking for.
Hmm, now who can I get to cook the turkey for me?
