Are you starting or stopping this Stoptober?

All the advertising at the moment is about STOPPING. You are probably fed up with your family and friends telling you to “just stop it!” If only giving up smoking was that easy.
How about changing the word stopping to starting? Start to feel good about yourself, proud of your achievements. Feel healthier and happier than you have ever felt before. How good would that feel? If you decide to join in with Stoptober what happens afterwards? So you stop for a month, then what? I know quite a few ladies that stop smoking and eat more healthily when they are pregnant. They go a whole nine months for the sake of their baby. Then afterwards go back to those old habits that drag them down.
