Anxiety-free the easy way with hypnotherapy

I saw Eloise because she was at her wit's end about her daughter's wedding. What should be a gloriously happy day was becoming a nightmare, with tears and mini-dramas every day. Joseph, a talented lawyer, was on the cusp of being offered a legal partnership in his firm, but was so overcome with nerves, he said he would rather end his career than go through the torture of presenting to senior colleagues. Angus, outwardly healthy and successful, was racked by the pervasive feeling that something awful was about to go wrong in his life. He made frequent visits to his doctor hoping to get stronger sedative medication.
The underlying thread linking the clients was anxiety. They all focused relentlessly on imagined personal failure and shortcomings, gave inordinate attention to the possible criticisms of others and spent sleepless nights preoccupied with doom and gloom scenarios. They felt out of control and, paradoxically, this prompted demanding and even controlling behaviour towards their nearest and dearest. An anxious partner can be difficult to live with, as reasoning about the issues has little impact and may even make matters worse.
