The healer within – healing through hypnosis including self-hypnosis

We will look at how we can use visualisation and trance to heal both mind and body. Areas covered include:

• IBS
• ulcers
• pain management
• arthritis
• clearing out life’s debris and more…

The day will include simple inductions and deepeners as a refresher or you can use your preferred methods.

This is a full participation workshop not just taught theory.
