The stress management support group is here for anyone looking for support in dealing with stress.

Stress management defines stress as a person's physiological response to an external stimulus that triggers the "fight-or-flight" reaction. Stress can be overwhelming. This group is for best practices in stress management.

The support group can help in many aspects:

Meeting people who can share their stories and techniques how they deal with stress, which is a great opportunity how to learn a new technique and empowered self in stress management.

Opportunity to have a question and then get an answer from professional.

Opportunity to discover the potential of mindfulness for dealing with stress.

Opportunity to discover the potential of hypnosis for dealing with stress.

If you prefer individual session, you can receive a discount and experience how proven techniques can help you in stress management.

There is no problem if you come and you will just listen, certainly, you will find something useful for you. An experience can empower change in your life.

Places are limited and therefore pre-booking is required. You can join via Eventbrite or by sending an email at info@ihypnosis.org.uk.

The minimum number of attendees are two. In case that this number won't be reached, the event will be rescheduled.

A few words about the organisation: When you will come, please wait in waiting room, you will be picked up at 5:55 pm. When you join to this event, you will be asked to confirm then your attendance 48-hours in advance.
