Spiritual and personal development groups

These will be very personally directed to the participants and be very different from the meditation or positive thinking courses. However I want these courses to really change your life and how you view it in the most positive and inspired way.

Spiritual development group 5 weeks £120- Mondays- starting 13.01.14 at     7-9pm

We will explore the psychology of soul intention, life purpose and even past life influences and how they are affecting you and your everyday life and behaviour.

Each group will obviously be very generic to its participants. I will be using all my skills as teacher therapist hypnotherapist and coach as necessary.

There will be group and individual written exercises, discussion, peer support and mandatory homework to complete and so a high degree of commitment is needed

You will need to be very open and honest within the group and be prepared to explore deeply personal issues of how and why we are creating the life we are

You will need to be very open to Higher self, God, the Universe or whatever you think of the higher power as.There are only 4 people at each group .This will be a 1st come 1st served booking procedure.

You will have to commit to all sessions and to the completion of all homework
