Relaxation sessions using hypnotherapy techniques to reduce stress and release tension.
Relaxation and controlled breathing:
- Reduces stress and anxiety.
- Releases tension.
- Releases "feel good" endorphins.
- Boosts immune system.
- Improves emotional and physical well-being.
- Improves sleep.
This four-week course will give you the techniques to deal with the stress of everyday living on a day to day basis.
