How Does the Relaxation & Meditation Course Work?
In each session we will practice a variety of techniques. You will learn what the effects of specific methods are and how each technique works. As we explore different approaches, there will be an opportunity for questions and group discussion. Each session builds on the previous. You will also receive a comprehensive course manual.
