Are you feeling a little stressed and tired? Is life making you a frazzled? Stressed? Our six-week course to help you relax and reduce stress is starting on Monday 13th February 2017.
The course is available to anyone over the age of 16 and has been specifically designed to give you all the top tools and tips you need to get your life back on track, stressing less and sleeping a whole lot better.
The sessions are an hour in length, and there will be plenty of time to enjoy a cup of tea afterwards too. The course will run for six weeks, from 7.30pm - 8.30pm every Monday evening, beginning on Monday 13th February.
For your additional comfort (and relaxation of course!), it is advisable that you bring a pillow/cushion, blanket and a yoga or sleeping mat. Water will be provided.
Throughout the course you will gain an understanding of how the brain works, how our actions can affect how we think, feel and behave, and how we can make positive changes to move forward in a calm and confident way. We will be talking about stress, anxiety and phobias amongst other things, and how we can cope better with everyday life.
