Pre-Christmas de-stress 1

Are you feeling stressed in the run-up to Christmas? Are you worried about getting everything ready? Would you like to enjoy the festive season without the stress?

This is a pre-Christmas focused relaxation/hypnosis and de-stressing session allowing you to unwind, re-focus on the positive and look forward to what is widely regarded one of the most stressful times of the year.

During this session you will:

• Experience the deep relaxation of a professional hypnosis session
• Benefit from positive hypnotherapy suggestions to reduce stress levels
• Learn relaxation techniques and calm anchors to help you through the festive season.

We can also deal with any specific Christmas related issues that are relevant to the group.

This is the first of 3 sessions in the run-up to Christmas and will take place at Craven Clinic in Skipton. You are welcome to attend any or all of these - price: £25 per session or £65 for all 3. Includes a free relaxation CD.

This will be run as a small group and so places are limited and you are advised to book in advance.
