Mindfulness for stress free everyday living
Mindfulness course over 4 weeks for managing the stress of everyday living. Suitable for anyone who wants to improve the quality of their life, with simple, powerful, proven techniques utilising mindfulness meditations combined with mindfulness based cognitive skills. A course for you if you want to improve your sense of well being, for those of you wishing to manage your stress or control your anxiety and any feelings of panic. Also suitable for you if are living with chronic pain and long term illness.
These skills will help you to cope with a wide range of problems, medical symptoms, time pressures, relationships,emotional pain, food, work and everyday living problems, including procrastination, critical self talk and ruminating.
