Hypnotherapy and its related therapies change people’s lives. Fact. Today, many people are suffering with stress and anxiety and they believe they are stuck with that feeling until something happens. They change job, move house or break up from a relationship. We change our outer world but how about changing our inner world, the way we think? When we design or decorate a room or a house, we decide what we would like to have in that room, the colours, the furnishings. But, why are we quite happy to listen to our negative talk inside our minds? You know the sort? The nagging doubts, the “oh, I couldn’t possibly do that”, or “I am not clever enough for that”. What if you could change that inner dialogue? Have control over your mind? It is possible.
This one day workshop will give you a beginning, some time to explore the possibilities of how to turn your life around, be more positive, achieve the goals you want, live the life you want and the confidence to manifest it. You will learn how Hypnotherapy can help you to communicate more effectively, change self limiting beliefs, develop your creativity and visionary skills and increase your flexibility of thinking. You will learn to explore and expand your use of verbal and non verbal skills to use in your work and personal life.
Who should attend?
You work in the personal development field and would like to add to your existing skill set and compliment your practice with hypnotherapy techniques. You have always been interested in Hypnotherapy and would like to know more about it. It is also suitable for those who are a ‘people person’ and are considering a change of career and wish to help people to change their lives in a positive way.
