Eight weeks of hypnosis and group psychotherapy to help break the cycle of overeating. We will work on self-image and confidence as well as using motivational hypnosis to keep you on track.
The ethos is that dieting doesn't work - if you've ever lost weight and regained even more, then you know that it is only usually a short term fix.
Learning to recognise when you've eaten enough and figuring out some of the reasons you may have struggled with food in the past can help you change your thought patterns and eating habits.
Each week we cover a new topic and you receive a new hypnosis recording to listen to.
This group can help you to lose weight if you want to, but it is also about your relationship with food and your longer term goals. My aim is to equip you with the tools to go on to successfully lose weight at your own pace without dieting or pressure.

About the host
