Parents know the pressure their teenagers are under at exam time but often feel they have little control or are unable to help other than stay out of the way and nag them to revise. But actually there is a lot more that parents can do to influence their teenagers future results, you just need to know how.

- Learn to recognise the signs of uncontrolled stress in your child
- Teach them a 3-step approach to managing the stress which will help them throughout their life
- Set realistic expectations to help not hinder them
