Group hypnobirthing class

Hypnobirthing involves learning to trust your body through education, relaxation and positive suggestions. It helps you to release any fears that you have about birth and provides you with practical skills to manage pain.
I use a wide range of techniques so that we can find the ones that work best for you. You will be provided with the KG hypnobirthing book, the KG CD to listen to at home and a few other goodies. These strategies can be used after the birth as well, to help you adjust to life with your new baby.
Group hypnobirthing sessions enable you to learn the key skills for birth through discussion and engaging activities. It’s also a great way to meet other (soon-to-be) parents in the area and build up a support network. Usually mums-to-be are five or more months pregnant when they come on the course. There is a maximum of five couples in the class to ensure that all your specific needs are met and to create a positive learning environment.
The two days are spread out so that you have time to practise what we have learnt, time to ask questions and to get to know the other couples. The group course is £250 and takes place over two days or five evenings. Next available two-day course dates:
July 10th and 24th:
August 14th and 28th:
September 11th and 25th:
If you would prefer one to one support, have a group of pregnant friends who would like a private class or for more course dates, then feel free to contact me (07757 429 445) or have a look at my website: www.rollinghillshypnotherapy.co.uk/hypnobirthing
About the host
I love preparing couples for birth as the techniques make such a big difference to their birth experience. My background is 10 years in teaching (Science and Psychology) and 2 years ago I qualified as a hypnotherapist. I then specialised in hypnobirthing by undertaking the KG hypnobirthing Teacher Training course.
