We will be doing a follow-up event after our last successful workshop in 2016 again in the Wynd Centre in Paisley.

Please note that mindfulness is not an approach only for people dealing with illness. Mindfulness also helps people develop greater resilience and happiness.

Mindfulness is a great way to reconnect with life to learn better coping skills for day to day stress and aids greater focus, clarity and creativity.

The workshop will consist of learning and practising mindfulness including:

  • How to meditate.
  • Mindful activities with meditation.
  • Mindful movement.
  • How to work with pain and suffering.
  • The science and facts about mindfulness.
  • How to bring happiness and improve your life.
  • How to access mindfulness activities.
  • Other mindfulness learnings.
