15-20% of the population have a nervous system that is more sensitive than
the remaining 8O-85%, known as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). On 4th February 2012, the College of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy are holding a Master Class for the Highly Sensitive Person.
This Master Class will explore the challenges, advantages and disadvantages
of high sensitivity. It aims to help people manage their high sensitivity and
use it to their advantage in their everyday lives. The Master Class will also be useful to practising therapists who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in high sensitivity. The Master Class takes place at CCBH, 83 Baker

The Class will be run by Joy Baines, who works as a tutor and supervisor at CCBH and runs a successful Clinical and Cognitive Behavioural
Hypnotherapy practice in South East London. She is also a Life Coach, Meridian Therapist and NLP Practitioner. Joy specialises in working with depression, anxiety and high sensitivity in her practice.
