This course is suitable for anyone who wants to develop their coaching skill levels using NLP. The course is structured so that it is very experiential and even if attendees have prior knowledge of NLP, there will be new content here that will be very useful to them.

You will learn how to use the following NLP and/or coaching techniques:

  • the rutted timeline
  • spatial belief change (to get rid of limiting beliefs)
  • logical levels ladder (uses NLP logical levels to gain confidence and a sense of self-empowerment)
  • appreciative inquiry (a rapid and positive problem solving methodology)
