Are you worried about becoming a mother or how you'll cope once your baby is born? Welcome to my three hour workshop where you can learn some practical tips to help you adapt to motherhood and how to care for yourself emotionally through this exciting transition. To help you enjoy your pregnancy and deal with any fears or uncertainties you may have about becoming a mother, I've include a hypnotherapy relaxation session to help you release your fears and feel positive about change.

This workshop is for you if you're expecting a baby and wondering what it will be like when the baby arrives, you are struggling to think about your life beyond the birth or it's your second (or subsequent) baby and you can’t remember what it was like in the early days or are worried how you’ll cope with more than one child.

Becoming a parent (or expanding your family) needn’t be scary. My next workshop will be on Thursday 9th July 10am – 1pm to help you prepare for what to expect after you’ve given birth and come home with your new arrival. I’ll cover everything from feeding to sleeping, cuddling your baby to choosing a name. I even help you alleviate your concerns about going to the loo! We'll also look at the normal emotions following birth and how to care for yourself at this special time. At the end of the session, there'll be a hypnotherapy relaxation session to help you enjoy your pregnancy and release any worries that may remain in relation to becoming a mother.

Places are limited and booking is essential. Contact me to book your place and you'll receive full details including the venue on confirmation of your booking.

If you're not sure if it's for you, why not drop me a line and I'll be happy to answer any questions.
