A one day workshop to enable participants to increase their own levels of self esteem,self worth and self confidence, and help others to do the same, using concepts and techniques from NLP and Hypnotherapy.

The day will involve group discussions, live demonstrations and exercises for the participants to try out on themselves and others.

Group size will be small (max. 5 people) so there will be plenty of time for questions and answers.

The day will run from 10am to 5pm, with regular breaks and lunch.
