Hypnotherapy for childhood obesity

High-street chain M&S has launched size 18 school uniforms to meet soaring childhood obesity.

Marks & Spencer’s new line has been developed in response to pleas from parents who can’t find uniforms which are large enough for their children.

The severity of the problem is only further highlighted by the fact the range (which includes blazers and trousers for four-year-olds with waistlines of up to 23in and girls clothing in size 18) has almost sold out on the website.

With one in four children now classed as overweight before beginning primary school, this should be a wake up call for parents, society and the Government.

If you are concerned about the weight of your child then visit your GP or a qualified nutritionist who will be able to provide you with information on healthy foods and exercise.

If you are still struggling then it is worth nothing that often overweight adults who struggle to curb their eating turn to hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy for weight loss can work just as effectively for children, as the most important component is an active imagination which is open to suggestion and we all know this is certainly something children have no shortage of.

Hypnotherapy enables people to identify what has caused their attitude to food to develop and will access the subconscious mind in order to find the root cause and deal with it.

Hypnotherapy uses many techniques, one of which is visualisation, a technique which has been found to work particularly well with children.
