I lost my husband to stroke for 1 year, I suffer with diabeter, asthma, high blood pressure, nurves and depresion.
I an over weight, with a high stomach, looking pregnant always, I am eating tooo much especially at nights, and is eating too much bread.

The diabetes clinic keep asking me to loose weigh, but when the night comes, I am eating too much.

My son told me a friend told him I should go to you for help, but I just did not know how to go about it.
