Social networking sites give smoker’s a kick start in quitting

We all know that yesterday was a bank holiday, but a huge number of us were not aware of the fact that yesterday was also World No Tobacco Day.

In order to try and give smokers the kickstart needed to quit, 34 year old British therapist Chris Hugh’s held a live webcast for users of Facebook and Twitter called The Socialtrance Stop Smoking Session.

The event happened at 8.30pm yesterday evening and was a 2 part process, the first of which was a 20 minute webcast and the second was an audio download priced at 79p. In both steps Neuro Linguistic Programming and hypnotherapy techniques were used to talk followers into breaking their addiction and all proceeds were donated to charity.

If you are interested in viewing the webcast and purchasing the download you can do so from Socialtrance website. Alternatively if you would like to contact a hypnotherapist in your area for a one to one session you can do so using the homepage of this site.

    Hi

Over 3000 people joined the live webcast on Monday night and we may even get the hypnotherapy track into the UK Top 40 on Sunday 6th June.

Thanks to everyone who supported the event :)
