Hypnotherapy and NLP for excessive sweating

Excessive sweating is a rather embarrassing affair and unfortunately is not a problem solved simply by changing your antiperspirant.

If this problem has resulted in low self confidence and anxiety then it may be time to get serious about tackling it. It is a relatively rare issue but there are ways of reducing it.

Many people suffering from excessive sweating have reported positive results from botox, it may seem a little unconventional to have this in your arm pits but it does work a dream for paralysing sweat glands.

Other treatments include products with a high Aluminium Chloride content. Though this compound already appears in most deodorants already unfortunately the amount is minute. Visit your GP and they may be able to prescribe you product with a higher content.

Both viable and relatively effective solutions but botox is a little pricy and tracking down aluminium chloride is a challenge. However, another option worth serious consideration is hypnotherapy.

Although excessive is a physical issue it is actually very much fuelled by your mind. Anxiety and embarrassment of the problem only further it and make it worse.

Hypnotherapy aims to delve into the depths of your mind to find the route of the anxiety before erasing it. Those negative fears which fuel the sweating will be replaced by positive thoughts and suggestions.
