Top sleep advice

An article over at The Times today, written by a sleep expert highlights how most sleep problems are caused by worrying.

Dr Chris Idzikowski, director of the Edinburgh Sleep Centre writes how important it is to let the brain wind down, and whilst other factors such as temperature, disturbances from children and noise can affect sleep, not relaxing enough is the main cause.

The article also highlights the need for darkness during sleep – which is perhaps obvious but can often be hindered by electrical equipment and outside light.
