Hypnotherapy for insomniacs
The Daily Mail as recently printed an article on their website highlighting another success for hypnotherapy. The article follows Lorraine Fisher and how her struggle with insomnia lead her to a hypnotherapist who helped her finally get a good night’s sleep.
Despite her scepticism, Lorrain Fisher went along to Philip Batchelor’s practice in Greenwich, after trying all variety of sleep inducing methods. After just two sessions, she was sleeping through the whole night and woke feeling refreshed, and continues to do so.
With hypnotherapy now available on the NHS, it could prove a solution for many more insomniacs.

It’s really true. Hypnosis helps a lot in getting good sleep. As due to work stress and tension often I used to miss my sleep. But after practicing to hypnotherapy and listening to Andrew Johnson’s downloads I used get nice sleep. I am practiced to it now.
